As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone with a combination of sales and administration skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our design team, you will:

- Client Enquiry and Lead Management acting as the first point of contact for all new enquiries via phone, email, web forms and display home visits.

- Sales Coordination and Scheduling coordinating discovery calls, consultations and display home appointments to support a smooth client journey.

- CRM, Data and Reporting by maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, lead status, and notes within the CRM system

- Administration and Team Support providing administrative support to Sales Manager and following established workflows.

- Sales and Marketing assist with the preparation of information packs, automated email sequences and client communications.

- Contribute to team development, continuously improving workflows and systems.

- Process-driven: You maintain accurate CRM records and ensure sales documentation is completed efficiently and accurately.
