About the role

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Critical Care nurses to join our expanding Critical Care team. Opportunities are available to work across all clinical leadership roles including Shift Coordination, Clinical Education, ACCESS Nurse, Clinical Liaison Service and bedside clinical roles. We offer highly sought after learning and development opportunities to enable clinical and professional practice progression, working alongside a supportive and dynamic clinical leadership team.

- AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 2 years experience post specialty qualifications in large regional or tertiary service within area of specialty

Employment Type: Permanent Full time

Salary Rage: $ 81,748.16 to $ 114,771.98 per year

About Albury Wodonga Health (AWH)

AWH serves as the largest regional healthcare provider between Sydney and Melbourne, situated in the border cities of Albury and Wodonga. With a dedicated team of over 3,000 professionals,



we proudly service a population of up to 300,000 across North-East Victoria and Southern NSW. Our extensive network encompasses two primary hospital campuses and an additional 22 sites, delivering a diverse range of emergency, surgical, women's and children's, community, mental health, allied health, and sub-acute services. Our growth continues with the opening of a state-of-the-art Emergency Department in 2024, and excitingly, the construction of a new hospital at our Albury site by 2028. This expansion will greatly elevate our ability to service the needs of our community, and we need a great team of people like you to accomplish this.

Our Critical Care Service on Albury Campus comprises a Level 5 Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Clinical Liaison Service, Donate Life Program and management of the remote cardiac monitoring service for the acute campus. Our ICU is funded for 5 ICU or equivalent Intensive Care level beds with an overall bed capacity of 12 beds. The ICU model of care encompasses Intensive Care, High Dependency and Coronary Care patient cohorts (inclusive of pediatric patients). Our Unit provides care to approximately 700 critically ill patients annually and is available to support other health services as available through REACH and adult retrieval.
