The team
These roles sit within the Quality and Compliance function aligned to the People and Culture Portfolio.
Working closely with People Services and Careers, Legal, Risk, data and analytics teams, senior leaders, and external regulatory bodies, the team provides trusted advice on complex compliance matters, support audit activities, monitor legislative changes, and helps embed consistent, compliant practices across the University.

Experience
To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
- Experience delivering operational administration, compliance or audit-related services within a complex organisational workplace
- Experience applying policies, procedures, industrial requirements and compliance frameworks to support service delivery
- Proven ability to maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across business systems
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet service delivery targets
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and in accordance with privacy and records management requirements
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and provide clear, customer-focused advice and support
- Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities, contribute to service enhancement initiatives and escalate complex matters appropriately
