Sound familiar? Tasmania Safer Solar is looking for a Solar Sales Consultant to cover the North West Coast.

From Burnie and Devonport to Ulverstone and the surrounding communities, you’ll help homeowners understand their solar and battery options, with the backing of an established Tasmanian business.

The opportunity

- $80,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.

- On target earnings of $150,000, with top performers able to earn $220,000.

- Company generated appointments, so you have opportunities to work with.

- Structured onboarding, product education and sales training.

- A company iPad and the tools to present and quote.

- Support from a sales leader who will coach you, work through challenges and celebrate your wins.

What your day looks like

You’ll meet customers in their homes, understand their electricity needs and recommend a suitable solution. You’ll explain the value, answer questions and confidently ask for the business.

You’ll also own the details: accurate proposals, complete paperwork, timely follow-up and a transparent handover to our operations team. A great sale is one the whole business can deliver on.

Sales experience will help. Solar experience isn’t essential if you bring the right attitude and willingness to learn.

A little straight talk

This is a field sales role covering the North West Coast, so driving is a meaningful part of the job. You’ll need a current driver’s licence and to be comfortable travelling between appointments.

There will be customers who say no, questions you need help answering and days that test you. We’re looking for someone who stays curious, takes ownership and comes back ready for the next opportunity.
