We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start or develop their career in customer service and wants to learn about the steel industry.
No previous steel industry or customer service experience is required — we will provide training and support to help you succeed in the role.
About the role
- Handling phone and email sales enquiries
- Building relationships with customers
- Preparing and following up on quotations, negotiating and entering orders.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
- Assisting our external sales team in processing customer queries/accounts
What we're looking for
We are more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn than your previous experience.
You will ideally have:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems
- The ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
No previous steel or customer service experience is required.
