We're looking for a motivated and client-focused Client Manager to join our Private Clients team that delivers Business Advisory services. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys building trusted client relationships, delivering quality advice, and helping businesses and individuals achieve their financial goals.

The Opportunity

As a Client Manager within our Private Clients team, you'll work closely with Senior Managers and Directors to deliver services to a portfolio of existing and new clients. You will control and run assignments for your portfolio, acting as the main point of contact and achieving the highest level of client satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for:

- Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of Private Client clients, providing proactive taxation advice, identifying risks and opportunities, and delivering commercially focused solutions that support informed decision-making.

- Oversee the delivery of high-quality tax compliance services, including the review and approval of tax returns, statutory filings, tax provisions and responses to tax authority enquiries.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, conducting regular client engagement, understanding business needs, and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and strengthen client value.

- Lead, mentor and develop a team of professionals by setting clear expectations,



managing performance and KPIs, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Drive business growth through identifying new opportunities, preparing engagement proposals, collaborating across service lines, and contributing to the continued success of the Private Clients division.

- Champion professional, ethical and quality standards while ensuring the team remains up to date with technical developments and delivers exceptional client outcomes.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working closely with clients, solving problems and continuously developing your technical skills. You're proactive, organised and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Extensive experience in Business Services & Advisory.

- Strong technical knowledge in accounting standards and tax compliance.

- Solid technical knowledge in financial analysis, governance, and strategic planning.

- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality outcomes.

- Excellent leadership and team development skills.

- Professional qualifications (CA, CPA) essential.
