Job Description:
I'm currently working with a leading Building Services consultancy looking to bring on an experienced Associate or Principal Electrical Engineer to join their Melbourne team.
The role will involve:
-Leading electrical building services design across commercial, residential, healthcare, education and mixed-use developments
-Winning new work and building strong client relationships
-Managing project delivery and technical quality
-Mentoring and growing the electrical engineering team
-Working closely with Mechanical, Hydraulic and Fire Protection teams
Looking for someone with:
-Australian Building Services consulting experience
-Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships
-Solid technical electrical design background
-Previous leadership or mentoring experience
-Good understanding of Australian Standards & the NCC
-Strong pipeline of projects, genuine career progression and a collaborative team culture.
