About the Role:
We are currently seeking experienced and safety focused Watercart Operators to join our team at Fosterville. You will be responsible for operating watercarts to support dust suppression, road maintenance, and general site operations while ensuring all activities are completed safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate watercarts safely and efficiently across mine site haul roads and work areas.
- Maintain effective dust suppression in accordance with site environmental requirements.
- Conduct pre-start inspections and routine operator maintenance.
- Identify and report equipment defects or maintenance requirements.
- Follow site procedures, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other site personnel.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience operating watercarts in a mining, civil, or earthmoving setting.
- Current HR driver's licence (essential).
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
