About the Prospect

We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to join our Perth Airport depot on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend to 12 months.

This is a hands-on support role where you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support requests across the business. While based at our Perth Branch, you’ll also provide remote support to users across Centurion’s national network.

You’ll work closely with the broader IT team to resolve technical issues, manage support requests within agreed SLAs and contribute to IT projects and process improvements.

This role will suit someone who enjoys a varied support environment, can confidently troubleshoot issues independently and is comfortable supporting both office-based and operational users.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for IT support via tickets, phone and walk-ins.
- Provide technical support across hardware, software, business applications and processes.
- Troubleshoot desktops, Windows environments, network peripherals and mobile devices.
- Manage user access and administration through Active Directory.
- Provide remote IT support to Centurion branches across Australia.
- Manage inbound calls and ticket queues to ensure support requests meet SLAs.
- Support printers, scanners, telephony systems and other operational technology.
- Assist with IT projects individually and as part of the wider IT team.
- Contribute to IT processes, procedures and plans to improve service delivery.
- Provide support across both office and operational environments where PPE may be required.

About You

You’ll have previous experience in a similar IT Support role and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

We're looking for:

- 3+ years’ experience in an IT Support role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.




- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience with Active Directory Users & Computers.
- Knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
- Basic networking knowledge, including DHCP and DNS troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting hardware, printers and mobile devices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service levels.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Tertiary qualifications in IT are highly desirable.

After Hours On-Call

This position participates in a compulsory after-hours IT on-call roster rotating across the IT Support Team. An additional on-call allowance is paid on top of salary when rostered.
