Join a growing, family-owned Tasmanian construction business with more than 20 years of experience and a strong reputation for quality work.

You'll work alongside qualified carpenters across the full modular build, from framing and structural assembly through to internal fit-out. This is a practical role offering varied work, steady hours and a supportive crew.

THE ROLE

This is a practical, hands-on role supporting qualified carpenters in an organised, safety-focused modular construction yard.

You'll contribute across the full build, from framing and structural assembly through to internal fit-out.

Day to day:

• Assist with framing and structural assembly





• Support residential and commercial modular builds

• Help install doors, windows, skirting, trim, cabinetry and shelving

• Measure, cut and prepare timber and other materials

• Move materials and prepare work areas

• Use and look after hand and power tools

• Keep work areas clean, organised and safe

• Work closely with carpenters and other trades

• Provide general labouring support where needed

ABOUT YOU

You're practical, reliable and comfortable working with your hands.

You'll also need:

• Experience in construction, carpentry or another hands-on environment

• Confidence using hand and power tools safely

• The ability to follow instructions and work accurately

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude

• The physical ability to complete manual work

• A willingness to learn and contribute to the team

• A current driver's licence

• A current White Card
