? What You'll Do

As a Casual Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to older people in their own homes and community.

Your day may include:

- Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing and grooming
- Administering or supporting clients with medication
- Supporting clients to attend appointments, shopping trips and social outings
- Providing respite support for carers
- Assisting with meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Completing light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry and changing bedding
- Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting any concerns
- Encouraging clients to maintain independence and remain actively involved in daily activities

? Who We're Looking For

You are someone who:

- Holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or a related qualification
- Is compassionate, dependable and professional
- Enjoys working independently while remaining part of a supportive team
- Has solid communication and documentation skills
- Is committed to promoting client choice, dignity and independence
- Holds a current WA C Class Driver's Licence
- Has access to a reliable, registered and insured vehicle
- Has a compatible smartphone for work-related applications

Previous community care, aged care or disability support experience is highly regarded but not essential.

? What You Need

Before commencing employment, successful applicants will be required to provide:

- National Police Clearance (less than 6 months old)
- Evidence of qualifications and certifications
- Satisfactory pre-employment medical assessment, including alcohol and drug screening
- Current driver's licence
- Professional references
