About the role

Blue Rock Construction is a growing Sydney-based construction business delivering residential, strata, school and minor works projects across Sydney. We're looking for a highly capable Carpenter / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong carpentry and general building skills who can confidently tackle a wide range of work. You might be installing a window, hanging a door, repairing framing or completing fix-out work one day — and getting stuck into concrete, demolition or general site works the next.

Key responsibilities

- Carpentry and general building works
- Door and window installation
- Framing, fixing and finishing
- General repairs and maintenance
- Fit-outs and renovation works
- Demolition and strip-outs
- Concrete and general construction works
- Using hand and power tools
- Assisting other trades and site teams
- Keeping work areas, tools and materials organised

About you

- Has solid carpentry or multi-trade experience




- Is highly capable with tools and practical construction work
- Can confidently undertake tasks such as hanging doors, installing windows, framing and repairs
- Can read plans and understand how things go together
- Takes pride in the quality of their work
- Is comfortable working independently and using initiative
- Is happy to get stuck into all aspects of construction
- Is reliable, mature and professional
- Works well within a small team
- Holds a White Card
