We are looking for a driven, hands-on All-Rounder Store Person to take charge of our client warehouse.

This isn’t a sit-back-and-follow-instructions role. It’s a real chance to learn, understand, refine, and build the position as you grow into it.

What’s on offer?

- $45 per hour
- Genuine prospect for permanency
- Full-time hours. 8am-4pm
- Located in Wingfield

What We’re Looking For:

- Ambition and drive — someone who wants to grow and refine this role, not just fill it
- 2+ years in stores / warehouse position
- Proven history working independently and taking ownership
- Reliable, organised and proactive
- Forklift license

The Role

You’ll largely run the warehouse independently, with support available around you,



taking ownership of day-to-day store operations. This is a role for someone who wants autonomy and is ready to be trusted with it.

- Take charge of day-to-day
- Receive, store and manage stock accurately
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and running efficiently
- Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes
- Work independently and take ownership of outcomes, with support around you when needed
- Help shape the role as the business grows
