The Western Australian Plastic Surgery Centre is a specialist group practice located in St John of God Hospital Subiaco and Wexford Medical Centre Murdoch, and incorporating Assure Cosmetic Centre and the 1300HANDOC hand trauma service.

Role: Part-Time experienced Medical Receptionist – 3 days per week (Monday to Friday) with some capacity for additional cover days.

Location: This is an in-office position at our practice within the St John of God Medical Centre Subiaco, Murdoch and other Perth metro specialist consulting rooms.

Our ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

- 2+ years medical reception experience;

- Genie Solutions practice software experience;

- Ability to effectively manage and co-ordinate appointment bookings and clinics;

- Able to efficiently manage patient billing and account collection;

- Solid customer service skills with a professional phone manner and personal presentation.





- Strict adherence to maintaining patient confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information.

- A personable, friendly, and professional attitude.

- Competence in using computer systems and software with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritise duties, and manage time efficiently while ensuring accuracy.

- Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- An interest in the plastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgery field is a plus.
