We are looking for a Full Time Maintenance Officer join our team. You will be the go-to fixer and all-round problem solver. The person we rely on to keep our hotel in tip top shape. You make sure everything is running smoothly so our guests enjoy a safe, seamless, and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs across guest rooms and hotel facilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
- Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Maintain plant and equipment in line with safety and compliance requirements
- Liaise with external contractors where required
- Support the hotel team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
About You
- Previous experience in hotel or building maintenance (preferred)
- Trade qualification or strong hands-on maintenance experience (advantageous)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Understanding of WHS and safe work practices
- Flexible availability, including weekends if required
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
