The Opportunity

Lead our South Australia stores and own the results across your region. You'll coach and develop a team of Store Leaders, set the pace and push your area to grow every week.

This isn't a role you run from behind a desk. Your credibility comes from the floor: serving customers, solving problems and showing your team what great looks like. Make an impact on day one and you'll earn the respect of an experienced, loyal team.

What You'll Own

- The numbers. Drive sales and KPI performance across your stores. Review the data, find the gaps and act quick.
- The team. Lead, coach and develop your Store Leaders. Close skill gaps, grow talent from within and keep your best people.
- The standard. Model a customer-first mindset and deliver an outstanding experience in every store.
- The brand. Bring the Lorna Jane philosophy to life through clear communication and focused training.
- The detail. Make sure VM and operational standards are met, every store, every time.
- The future. Partner with our Recruitment team and build your network to attract the next wave of talent.
