Assistant Director

As our Assistant Director, you will play an important leadership role in supporting the daily operations of the center alongside the Director.





You will help foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture while supporting educators to deliver high-quality care and education. You will also play an important role in building meaningful and lasting relationships with children, families and our local community.

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or is currently working towards their Diploma

- Has previous leadership experience within an early childhood setting

- Is passionate about leadership and supporting educators to grow

- Is committed to providing high-quality care and education

- Has a genuine interest in building robust relationships with children and families

You will bring:

- The ability to support engaging, play-based programs that reflect children's interests, ideas and learning

- A calm and nurturing approach that supports children's wellbeing and sense of belonging

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- The ability to work collaboratively and positively as part of a team

- A willingness to contribute to a supportive and inclusive workplace culture

- An understanding of the importance of strong partnerships with families and the local community

- Availability to work rostered shifts between 6:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

Lead Educator & Educator Opportunities

We are also looking for passionate educators to join our team, particularly educators who enjoy working with nursery and junior kindergarten children and creating calm, nurturing environments where children can learn, explore and develop at their own pace.

Lead Educator

We are seeking a passionate Lead Educator who:

- Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or is currently working towards their Diploma

- Is confident developing and implementing engaging play-based programs

- Understands the importance of responsive and respectful relationships with children

- Enjoys working collaboratively with a team

- Is passionate about creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, secure and a strong sense of belonging





Cert III Educator / Lunch Float Educator

We are also seeking a Cert III qualified Educator or Lunch Float Educator to join our team.

We are happy to hear from educators looking for versatile midday start times, as well as applicants who may be interested in commencing a traineeship in Early Childhood Education and Care.

This could be a great opportunity for someone beginning their career in early childhood who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to learn.

You will bring:

- The ability to contribute to engaging, play-based experiences that reflect children's interests

- A warm, calm and nurturing approach

- A genuine interest in children's wellbeing, learning and development

- The ability to build positive relationships with children and families

- A willingness to work collaboratively with other educators

- A positive attitude and commitment to being part of a supportive team

- Availability for rostered shifts between 6:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (depending on the position)

- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)

- A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification

- Current Child Protection Training

- A genuine passion for working with children

- A positive and professional approach to working with children, families and colleagues
