Lifecycle and CRM Specialist
Role purpose
The Lifecycle & CRM Specialist supports Future Golf's member lifecycle program, helping build and deliver the communications that drive engagement, retention and revenue. The role works across email, SMS, push, in-app, web and surveys, with Braze as the core platform.
Working with the Head of Member and the Lifecycle & Product Engagement Manager, you'll bring the lifecycle strategy to life across both campaign and BAU communications.

Role responsibilities
1. Member Lifecycle and Product Engagement
- Support the build, delivery and optimisation of member journeys from onboarding to renewal, including engagement, upgrade and reactivation.
- Help deliver communications that drive feature adoption and product engagement.
- Channel Execution and Performance
- Build and send communications across email, SMS, push, in-app and web, with Braze as the core platform.
- Help maintain data accuracy, deliverability and compliance.
- Own CRM reporting,
tracking campaign and journey performance and sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
- Support testing so the team learns what works.
- Member Insight
- Run member surveys and research, and share insights that improve journeys and the member experience.
- Campaign, BAU and Revenue Communications
- Deliver campaign and BAU communications, including events and trips, with solid quality control.
- Support upgrade, renewal and reactivation campaigns, plus non-subscription revenue such as events and green fees.
- Prepare content in Figma and gather stakeholder feedback before build.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- 2+ years of hands-on Braze experience.
- Figma experience for content preparation and stakeholder feedback.
- CRM or lifecycle marketing experience across multiple channels.
- Experience running surveys or member research (e.g. Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Lyssna).
- Confident with segmentation, testing and performance reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, and an understanding of deliverability, consent and privacy requirements.
Desirable
- Braze certification
- Liquid, HTML/CSS or SQL skills
- Experience in a membership, subscription, loyalty or sport business
- An interest in golf
