An experienced Mobilisation & Training Coordinator role based in Karratha. This is a key role within the team, ensuring personnel are compliant, trained and ready to mobilise to site.
This is a Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm Role.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple mobilisations, training requirements and deadlines
- Ensure personnel are compliant and trained
- Coordinate mobilisation and training activities
- Communicate professionally with employees, supervisors and clients
- Handle Flights and Accomodation bookings
About you
- Previous experience in a mobilisation/training coordination role
- Experienced and confident using the RTIO Pegasus system
- Solid organisational and time-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
- Knowledge of RTIO and FMG mobilisation requirements
