Epigroup is seeking experienced Emergency Services Officers, and Registered Nurses who are passionate about improving workplace health and emergency response outcomes to work over the December/January period. In this role, you'll partner with some of the APAC region's leading organisations across industries including oil and gas, mining, transport, construction, and defence. You'll assess health and emergency response systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with leaders and frontline teams to develop practical, sustainable solutions. Rosters include coverage, shutdowns, and ongoing 8:6 and 2:1 rotations, with potential for permanent transition for the right people. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact while working on diverse projects across a wide range of industries.

To be considered for the role, you must have:

- Relevant experience in emergency response industries (3+ years), with critical risk management in mining or oil and gas considered a big plus

- Excellent engagement skills with clients - whether they be frontline workers or executives

- Interpersonal skills of the highest calibre

- High level of organisation and attention to detail

- Ability to lead projects independently with the support of a fantastic team
