UniFresh, a leading company in the processed fruit and vegetable industry, is looking for Process Workers to join the team. The role is around 30–35 hours per week and requires a minimum of 1 year of food production experience. You must currently live in South Australia to apply.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or factory-based food production experience.
Job responsibilities:
- Sorting whole produce — tomatoes, capsicums, cucumbers, red onions and avocados — into boxes and labelling them.
- Preparing vegetables for processing.
- Operating machines for dicing and slicing vegetables.
- Hand-cutting vegetables.
- Packing and spin drying vegetables.
- Following safety and manufacturing guidelines.
- Understanding food safety and control points.
- Lifting items up to 15 kg.
- Working in a cold and quick-paced environment.
