Toll Group is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join our team at Penfield, supporting our contract with one of the world's leading wine companies. We have shifts on both day and afternoon.

We are looking for reliable and experienced operators who are confident on a High Reach forklift and are happy to work across both forklift operations and general warehouse duties.

These are ongoing opportunities with the potential for regular hours, overtime and possible temp-to-permanent opportunities for the right candidates.

The Role

- Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Replenishing and moving stock within the warehouse
- Loading and unloading pallets
- Picking and packing orders when required
- Using RF scanners to manage stock movements
- Shrink-wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch
- Manual handling and general warehouse duties
- Completing quality checks and maintaining warehouse standards
- Working safely and efficiently to meet daily targets

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:

- A current forklift licence
- Recent and demonstrated High Reach forklift experience
- Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
- Experience using RF scanners; SAP experience is advantageous
- Ability to safely perform manual handling duties
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse workplace
