About the role
We're looking for an Impact Evaluation Officer who is passionate about using evidence to create positive change. This role will help us better understand, measure and communicate the difference our work makes to people affected by blood cancer. Reporting to the Impact & Evidence Lead and Research & Evidence Lead, this 12-month fixed term role will play a key part in delivering the Leukaemia Foundation's Impact Measurement and Evaluation Framework and supporting our National Research Program.
You will work across the organisation to collect, analyse and interpret health, service and impact data, helping ensure we have robust evidence to guide service improvements, inform advocacy and demonstrate outcomes to stakeholders and funders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver impact measurement, evaluation and reporting activities across the organisation.
- Collect, manage and analyse health, service and impact data to generate actionable insights.
- Monitor outcomes and performance measures, producing reports, dashboards and impact reporting.
- Support funding, advocacy and organisational reporting through robust evidence and data analysis.
- Improve data quality, reporting processes and evaluation capability across the organisation.
- Partner with stakeholders to embed evidence-informed decision making and demonstrate impact.

What You'll Bring
- Qualifications in public health, health information, evaluation, data analytics, social sciences or a related field.
- Experience analysing quantitative and qualitative data to generate meaningful insights.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Confidence working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and influencing evidence-informed decision making.
- An understanding of evaluation, impact measurement and the role of evidence in improving services, securing funding and shaping policy.
