St Elizabeth Home is seeking dedicated Personal Carers / AINs to join our friendly and supportive team at our residential aged care facility in Dean Park, Western Sydney.

About Us

St Elizabeth Home is a well-established residential aged care facility founded by the Hungarian Catholic Community over 55 years ago. Set on beautifully maintained landscaped grounds, our home provides high-quality accommodation and care services in a warm, respectful and values-based environment.

We care for up to 102 residents, including residents in our 20-bed secure memory support wing, and are proud to provide person-centred care that supports dignity, comfort and quality of life.

About the Role

As a Personal Carer / Assistant in Nursing, you will work as part of a supportive care team to assist residents with their daily living needs, preferences and wellbeing.

Your duties may include:

- Providing personal care and daily living support

- Supporting residents with dignity, respect and compassion

- Following individual care plans and workplace procedures

- Assisting with mobility, meals, hygiene and comfort

- Supporting residents in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards

- Communicating effectively with residents, families and team members

- Helping create a protected, positive and homely environment

About You

We are looking for candidates who are caring, dependable and committed to providing high-quality care.

To be successful, you will have:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent

- Current valid work rights in Australia

- Previous experience in aged care or a similar care role

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Basic computer literacy

- A genuine interest in supporting older people

- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards

- A resident-focused and compassionate approach

- Reliability, honesty and a positive team attitude
