You will operate late-model, well-maintained machinery on residential sites, including recent home builds, landscaping preps, and domestic renovations across the Central Coast and Newcastle regions. No two days are the same, wide variety of works.
Key responsibilities
- Work on residential earthworks sites
- Support new home builds, landscaping preps, and domestic renovations
- Operating 2T mini excavators and posi-track loaders safely and efficiently in tight residential spaces.
- Performing final trim, detailed excavation, trenching for services, and backfilling.
- House slab preps, driveway preps, pool digs, leveling, and site clean-ups.
- Working safely around underground domestic utilities and overhead services.
- Daily pre-start checks, basic maintenance, and cleaning of machinery.
- Floating and transporting equipment between job sites as required.
- Perform other duties as required such as labouring, turf laying etc
About you
- Experienced Mini Excavator and Posi-Track Operator
- Reliable and multi-skilled
- Landscaping experience an advantage
- Be a team player and also ability to work autonomously
- Criminal history check required
