Financial Advisor

What the role involves

- Managing and servicing an existing portfolio of clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships

- Delivering comprehensive financial advice across wealth creation, retirement planning, superannuation and risk strategies

- Leading client meetings, reviews and strategy discussions with a focus on clarity and value

- Working closely with Associate Advisers and Client Service Managers to prepare and implement advice

- Reviewing and refining strategies in line with client objectives, market conditions and legislative changes

- Maintaining high compliance standards,



including oversight of Statements of Advice and documentation

- Contributing to a collaborative team environment and sharing knowledge across the advice team

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Financial Adviser, with three years preferred. They will bring strong technical capability, a genuine commitment to client outcomes and the ability to build trust through clear, thoughtful communication. An adviser who is organised, accountable and comfortable working within a structured, well-supported advice framework will be well suited to this setting.
