We are looking for a full time Marketing & Digital Executive who lives and breathes growth, storytelling, data analysis, and smart automation.

Someone who can think strategically at a high level and execute campaigns brilliantly.

You will own the marketing engine behind our growing suite of PropTech solutions, supporting everything from brand strategy and campaign delivery, to sales enablement, technical marketing operations and expansion.

This role is based in our office in Mitcham.

What you’ll do

- Campaign Strategy & Delivery: Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid, email, social and events that drive demand and strengthen brand presence.
- Growth & Brand Ownership: Own the full growth strategy and brand direction, from lead generation and retention to creative execution and consistent storytelling across every touchpoint.
- Web & SEO Management: Manage and optimize our WordPress website, landing pages, and conversion flows for peak performance, technical SEO, and storytelling.
- HubSpot & Marketing Automation: Build and manage comprehensive HubSpot automations, workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle email sequences to streamline acquisition, onboarding, and re-engagement.
- Paid Performance: Plan and execute paid and organic growth campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, utilizing continuous A/B testing, copy testing, creative optimization, and precise targeting.
- Sales Enablement: Support sales initiatives with targeted campaigns, collateral, and lead-nurture automation.
- Leadership & Culture: Lead a small marketing team, inspiring creativity, data-driven decisions, continuous improvement, and cross-functional alignment to maximize marketing impact.
- Funnel Optimization:



Build high-converting funnels from gated content and demos to partner programs, continuously optimizing onboarding, behavior-triggered automation, and lifecycle communication.

What you’ll bring

- SaaS & PropTech Experience: 2 + years proven experience marketing SaaS products (PropTech background is highly regarded).
- Growth Track Record: Demonstrated success driving lead generation, acquisition, and revenue expansion in a fast-paced environment.
- HubSpot Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience building automated workflows, custom lifecycle stages, and managing databases within HubSpot.
- Full-Funnel Mindset: Strong understanding of both top-of-funnel acquisition (Paid Ads, SEO, Social) and bottom-of-funnel retention (Lifecycle marketing, Onboarding flows).
- Content & Storytelling Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn complex tech features into compelling stories and copy.
- Analytical Approach: Ability to track, analyze, and present marketing KPIs, turning raw data into actionable growth strategies.
