- Complete shift notes, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

- Maintain compliance with NDIS requirements, organisational policies, procedures, and mandatory training.

- Build positive, respectful, and trusting relationships with participants and their support networks.

- Respond to changes in behaviour with empathy, professionalism, and a calm, supportive approach.

- Support individuals living with dementia and/or cognitive and physical impairments with confidence, patience, and understanding.

- Remain attentive, proactive, and responsive throughout night shifts when required.

About You

You will be:

- Calm, patient, and adaptable in your approach.

- Confident supporting people with a range of disabilities, complex needs, and individual support requirements.

- Able to respond to changing situations and behaviours with empathy, professionalism, and good judgement.

- Reliable and flexible, with availability to work a variety of shifts including sleepovers and active nights.

- Attentive to participant wellbeing and able to remain alert and responsive during overnight supports.

- Passionate about building positive relationships and supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives.
