We are seeking a skilled and licensed AC Installer Tradesman to join our growing team. You will handle efficient installation, setup, and testing of residential and commercial air conditioning systems. Your goal is to ensure all units operate safely, efficiently, and strictly adhere to local building codes and manufacturer guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Fit split, multi-split and ducted air conditioning systems
- Service, maintain, diagnose and repair air conditioning systems
- Interpret plans, assess site requirements and prepare for installation
- Test and commission systems to manufacturer specifications
- Keep accurate job records and communicate clearly with customers
- Follow WHS requirements and maintain clean, organised work areas
- Work independently and assist apprentices and team members as needed
About you
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
- Relevant trade qualification with demonstrated industry experience
- Current Refrigerant Handling License and all required trade licenses
- Current Construction White Card and Australian driver license
- Strong installation, fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication skills and professional manner with customers
- Ability to safely meet the role's physical demands
