About the Role
- Lead shifts across bar, gaming and floor operations
- Drive gaming engagement, customer experience and product optimisation
- Support team development, culture and accountability
- Take ownership of daily operations, compliance and service standards
- Assist with stock control, reporting and venue presentation
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve performance and grow the business
About You
- Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality required
- Solid understanding of gaming operations and customer engagement
- Full availability including nights and weekends (essential)
- Current NSW RSA & RCG
- A proactive leader with a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude
- Looking for long-term career growth and increased responsibility
