What you'll be doing You’ll help customers get the most from their products, providing support across:

- Product setup and troubleshooting
- Customer enquiries via phone and email
- Features, functionality and technical support
- Warranty and product enquiries
- Finding solutions and following up with customers
- Keeping up with new products and technology

About you You might be a fitness fanatic, outdoor enthusiast,



tech lover or simply someone who loves helping people solve problems.
You'll bring:
