EWP Mechanic – Field Service
$50–$55PH – Company Van + Fuel Card – Overtime 1.5x + 2x – Field Service

Join a leading equipment hire and service company supporting customers across construction, infrastructure, logistics and commercial industries. We’re looking for an experienced EWP Mechanic / Field Service Technician to join a predominantly field-based role, servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of access equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduled servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and repairs on EWP and access equipment
- Diagnosing issues across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
- Responding to equipment breakdowns and carrying out repairs onsite
- Completing inspections, servicing and preventative maintenance
- Preparing equipment for hire and ensuring machines are safe and operational
- Building strong relationships with customers through professional face-to-face service
- Completing service work across metro and regional locations, with occasional overnight travel
What You’ll Need
- Certificate III in Mobile Plant, Heavy Diesel, Light Vehicle, Engineering or a related mechanical trade
- Previous experience working on EWP, access equipment, plant, heavy vehicles or similar machinery
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable working independently in a predominantly field-based role
- Excellent face-to-face customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and stay away overnight when required
- Current driver's licence
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment
