About the role
As the Corporate Communication Advisor, you'll create and deliver engaging internal communications that connect employees to Seqwater's priorities, culture and strategic initiatives. You'll partner with leaders and stakeholders to provide communication advice, develop key messaging and support effective employee engagement.
You'll also manage and improve communication channels, measure communication effectiveness, and use insights and feedback to enhance employee understanding, engagement and organisational alignment.
What you'll bring
- Degree qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering internal communication strategies, content and campaigns across multiple communication channels.
- Proven ability to provide professional communication advice and build productive relationships with leaders, stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Strong written communication, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging and audience focused content.
- Experience monitoring communication effectiveness, analysing feedback and performance data, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and communication outcomes.
Role Requirements
- C class driver’s licence
- Participation in on call emergency roster as needed
