- Full-time Maximum Term position to 31 October 2028, based at our Little Collins St Office

- Annual salary is $79,627 + 12% super

About the role:

The primary purpose of this position is to:

- Support AMES Australia compliance and quality with regulatory standards, contract requirements and curriculum, and to support the continuous improvement across all education delivery by assessing and reporting on AMES Australia’s compliance with the requirements of Funding Body contracts and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain and upgrade the Student Management System (STRATA); ensure accurate reporting and analysis of Education delivery against KPIs to assist the Management Team drive performance and continuous improvement
- Work closely with relevant managers,



support and delivery employees across AMES Australia and subcontractors to ensure continuous improvement by documenting, reviewing and updating relevant processes and procedures and support the implementation of changes across AMES Australia employees, as well as subcontractors

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:

- Diploma in Business or related field; and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position OR
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position, including some experience in the Education sector
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Skills First, AMEP and SEE funding programs and compliance requirements
- Strong knowledge and understanding of requirements for Validation / Moderation Activities, and Government Funded Body requirements against ASQA Delegate Standards and ASQA Standards
- Good interpersonal and critical thinking skills, including the ability to resolve issues innovatively
- Solid stakeholder management skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a desired outcome
- Demonstrated written communication and report writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to generate qualitative and quantitative data for internal and external audiences
- Demonstrated ability to generate and review analytics to identify trends, emerging issues and forecast issues




- Strong Customer Service skills with the capability to deal effectively with internal stakeholders
- Understanding of compliance and quality principles
- Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel (intermediary or advanced level), PowerPoint, databases, web applications and the ability to learn and train others in the use of Information Systems
- Demonstrated positive values of integrity, reliability, teamwork and professionalism and demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement principles
