This is a full-time role with a rotating roster, allowing for every second weekend off, which is rare in this line of work offering the right candidate flexibility and opportunity.

As Lucas Sales Manager, you will be the face of Integra Group at Lucas which currently boasts.

Ø Ballarat’s Largest Master planned community

Ø 30+ Retail Shops, Offices, Health and Community facilities

Lucas was recently recognised as one of 3 finalists in UDIA Victoria’s master planned community of the year.

Key responsibilities:

Welcome and engage prospective buyers at sales centre locations

Relationship management of 17+ display partners

Build robust relationships and understand customer needs

Provide accurate and compelling information on estates, stage releases and packages

Manage the end-to-end sales process from enquiry through to contract

Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and database management

Work closely with internal teams and builder partners

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Ensure a professional, polished and high-performing display environment at all times.

To ensure your success in this role, you will:

Hold a current Agent’s Representative Certificate or similar qualification in accordance with Victorian

Real Estate regulations

A natural ability to connect with people and deliver outstanding customer experiences

Previous experience in real estate, home construction or property development

A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales success

Confidence in working autonomously and taking ownership of outcomes

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

High level of motivation, initiative and professionalism

Solid organisational skills with attention to detail

Comfortable using CRM systems and technology

Professional presentation and strong personal brand

A current driver’s licence
