This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate midwife who is committed to delivering safe, high-quality, woman-centred care while supporting the smooth day-to-day functioning of the unit.

Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), the Midwifery Facilitator will play a key leadership role in coordinating clinical activities, supporting staff, maintaining service standards, and contributing to workforce and service development. - Provide mentorship, clinical support, and guidance to midwifery and nursing staff.
- Support orientation, competency assessment,

and identified education requirements across the maternity workforce.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, midwifery, allied health, and support services to achieve positive outcomes for women, babies, and families.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that values teamwork, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
