About the Role:

LAC is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to support our Maintenance department. Working closely with management and operational teams, you'll help drive contract performance, commercial outcomes, and client satisfaction while leading a team of two Contract Administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate maintenance contract administration activities.
- Support budget forecasting and financial reporting.
- Manage tender submissions and contract documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.




- Lead, mentor, and support Contract Administrators.

About you:

- Reliable, punctual and exceptional time management skills.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding.
- MS Office experience including excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in contract administration, facilities management, landscape maintenance, construction or a related industry.
