- Well-developed knowledge of lending principles, risk assessment and policy application.
- Excellent attention to detail and sound decision-making capability.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in banking, finance, insurance, utilities credit or another risk-based assessment environment.

Along with meaningful work and supportive leadership, you'll have access to flexible working arrangements where the role allows, learning and development opportunities, wellbeing initiatives and employee banking benefits.
For candidates in Bundaberg, you'll join a business with robust local connections through the Auswide legacy while helping shape the future of our combined banking group. In Brisbane, you'll be part of a growing financial services organisation with genuine opportunities to broaden your experience. In Hobart, you'll join one of Tasmania's most recognised financial institutions with a proud history and strong community focus.
