In the role of Product Owner, Deposits, you will join the Digital Sales & Transformation team as we strengthen our focus on customer obsession, owning it and winning together. You'll be responsible for helping customers choose the right NAB deposit products through our digital channels while driving sales performance and continuous improvement.

You'll make an impact each day by:

- Owning the digital deposits roadmap and delivering against digital sales targets
- Leading a cross-functional squad of content, design, CRO, analytics and journey specialists
- Prioritising initiatives that maximise customer and commercial outcomes
- Driving experimentation, optimisation and continuous improvement across digital experiences
- Building strong partnerships across deposits, marketing and consumer sales teams
- Translating performance insights into actions that improve sales and customer outcomes
- Managing squad capacity, dependencies and delivery plans to ensure successful execution
- Maintaining a clear backlog and forward-looking roadmap aligned to strategic priorities
- Championing digital sales across the deposits business and influencing key stakeholders

You'll bring to this role:

- Significant experience in digital, product ownership or digital sales leadership roles
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect digital activity to business outcomes
- Experience managing roadmaps, prioritisation and quarterly planning cycles




- Deep expertise in a digital discipline such as content, design, marketing, personalisation or optimisation
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across complex organisations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for improving digital experiences
- Experience in banking or other regulated industries will be highly regarded
