Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour in Circular Quay seeks a Commis Chef to learn from our senior chefs and contribute to dishes that reflect our premium harbour-side dining culture.

You will work in a rapid-paced kitchen, receive ongoing training, uphold HACCP standards, and collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver high-quality plates across shifts. Adaptable schedule, including mornings and evenings, weekends and public holidays, with access to Accor’s training platforms.
