Trident Services Australia is seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join the People & Culture team at Gold Coast Airport. You will support HR functions across sites, acting as an advocate for Trident and helping drive recruitment, employee relations, performance management and HR projects.

The role requires experience in HR, a sound understanding of employment legislation and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and airport stakeholders.
