Stockland is seeking a Defect Specialist to support post-settlement defect management across 90-day and statutory periods. You will coordinate with customers, builders and internal teams to triage and resolve defects efficiently, while maintaining records and providing proactive updates.
You will join a growing After Care & Warranty function with a focus on improving defect processes and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a hybrid work setting across Queensland or NSW.
