About the role
Reporting to the 3PL Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the inbound team, ensuring work is completed efficiently,



safely and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, supporting and engaging the inbound team
Coordinating daily workflow and priorities
Monitoring productivity, accuracy and service levels
Supporting team members with operational queries and issuesEnsuring compliance with WHS and company procedures
Assisting with continuous improvement across inbound operations
Working collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams
About you
We're looking for someone with:
Team Leader or Supervisory role within warehousing/logistics
Strong communication and people leadership skills
Experience coordinating a busy operational environment
A hands-on approach and strong problem-solving ability
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
A commitment to safety and operational excellence
Previous experience in
3PL or inbound logistics
will be highly regarded.
