Your Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across agricultural machinery and small engine equipment
Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance programs
Support diagnostics, repairs and troubleshooting activities
Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance records
Monitor inventory,
workshop resources and spare parts
Supervise and mentor staff while promoting a strong safety culture
Support reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Bring
Trade-qualified Motor Mechanic (or equivalent)
Solid experience with agricultural machinery and small engines
Previous leadership, supervisory or team mentoring experience
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
Diesel engine experience highly regarded
Excellent planning, communication and organisational skills
Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
