Silkari Mirage at Newport, part of Silkari Hotels, seeks a Casual Chef to support the Head Chef during peak periods, events and weekend shifts. You will adapt to the menu, maintain high standards of quality and hygiene, and work in a boutique venue on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

You will join a kitchen that values reliability, teamwork, and safety, with prospects to handle a range of dishes and collaborate across a small but busy team.
