BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park is seeking a lead F&B; supervisor to manage cafe and function/activities centre operations. You will supervise staff, ensure cleanliness, and uphold high guest service standards in all F&B; outlets.
You will be preparing and serving beverages, cocktails and more, while coordinating rostering, stock, and OH&S; compliance to deliver a premium guest experience at the park.
