General Labourer
to join their team on a
full-time basis

What You Will Do
Site Preparation: Remove old flooring, sweep, and prepare subfloors for installation.
Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport flooring products and tools.
Installation Support: Assist with the fitting of various flooring materials.
Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workspace and look after tools.
General Duties: Complete ad-hoc labouring tasks as directed.
What You Will Bring
Work Ethic: A hardworking attitude, a strong willingness to learn, punctual and reliable.
Physical Fitness:



Valuable physical stamina and fitness to comfortably handle lifting and manual labour.
Teamwork: The ability to follow clear instructions and work effectively under supervision.
Experience: Previous experience as a general labourer (flooring experience is a bonus but not essential).
Licence & Transport: A valid Australian driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle.
Background Check: Must hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Check.
Travel: Willingness to undertake occasional regional travel (approximately one week out of every three).
Work Rights: Full, unrestricted legal rights to work in Australia.
