to join a busy and collaborative recruitment team on a
2-2.5 month contract
based in
Victoria
. You'll play a key role in supporting recruitment operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process through high-quality administrative support.
As the selected candidate, you will:
Assist with various administrative tasks within the end-to-end recruitment process
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when managing candidate records and data
Identify and address discrepancies, raising concerns where necessary
Support the creation of requisitions and maintain smooth communication with the team
Be proactive in asking questions and seeking clarity on recruitment procedures
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in recruitment administration or related administrative roles
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
An understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, particularly administration tasks
Confidence in identifying issues and voicing concerns
A curious mindset and willingness to learn about the recruitment process
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
It is desirable if you have:
Experience working in a corporate or government recruitment setting
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
