We're Hiring: Centre Director – Bass Hill Strive Early Learning Centre
Are you an experienced and passionate early childhood leader looking for your next opportunity?
Strive Early Learning Centre is seeking a confident, organised and motivated Centre Director to lead our 39-place service in Bass Hill.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about high-quality early childhood education, building strong relationships with families, supporting educators and creating a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
About the Role
As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operation of the service, including:
Leading, mentoring and supporting the team
Maintaining strong compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations
Supporting high-quality curriculum and educational practices
Building positive relationships with children, families and the local community
Supporting enrolments, tours and family engagement
Managing staffing, rosters and daily operations
Driving continuous improvement and supporting the service's Quality Improvement Plan
Creating a positive, professional and supportive team culture
Promoting and maintaining a strong child-safe culture where the safety, wellbeing and rights of every child are always prioritised
Ensuring child protection, supervision, safeguarding practices and reporting responsibilities are understood and consistently implemented across the service
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an approved equivalent
Previous experience in a Centre Director,



Nominated Supervisor, Assistant Director or similar leadership roleStrong understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Standard and Education and Care Services National Regulations
Strong knowledge of child protection responsibilities and a demonstrated commitment to creating a child-safe environment
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Strong relationship-building skills with families, educators and children
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
Full working rights in Australia
Arabic-speaking applicants are highly desirable
