Redcape Hospitality is seeking a full time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Prospect Hotel Motel in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will lead a section through prep and service, working across grill, pans, fryers and larder with a robust focus on food safety and stock control.

We welcome an experienced CDP or a Demi Chef ready to step up, and offer a supportive, values-based team workplace where you can develop skills across our 50+ venues.
